About The Gym

Sor Saktai Muay Thai is Koh Phangan’s only fighter-only gym dedicated to preparing athletes for real competition. Their team of trainers are all active or former fighters and champions, whose focus is on conditioning, technique, mental aspect and bringing fighters up to fight-readiness. The gym has a ring, lots of heavy bags, a small matted training area, a fully equipped strength and conditioning section, onsite and offsite accommodation and most importantly advanced-level sparring partners. Located in the centre of Thong Sala, the gym offers group classes every morning and afternoon for fighters or advanced practitioners, private sessions for all levels and fight camp offerings including food and accommodation.
